When Mistakes Are Not an Option
For more than twenty years I worked in environments where decisions were measured not by theory, but by consequences. Situations where incomplete information, pressure, uncertainty and limited time were not exceptions — they were the norm.
Through international missions, operational activities and assignments related to personnel protection, security and complex environments, I learned that problems rarely originate from the most obvious element. Vulnerabilities are often found elsewhere: in habits, procedures, assumptions and details we tend to ignore until they stop being insignificant.
Today I bring this perspective into the civilian world through training, consulting and educational content. Not to transfer military models into everyday life, but to help people, professionals and organizations observe complexity differently and make better decisions.
